About Natural Soda
Natural Soda produces pure, natural sodium bicarbonate from its extensive nahcolite leases which cover more than 9,400 acres. Our processing facility is located in the Piceance Creek Basin in Colorado. The Piceance Creek Basin contains North America’s only known significant deposit of nahcolite and Natural Soda is currently the only company taking advantage of this world class resource. For customers and distributors, this means our recovered nahcolite guarantees you a pure and reliable source of natural sodium bicarbonate.
To recover this natural sodium bicarbonate, the company uses a process of injecting hot water into the nahcolite beds, dissolving the nahcolite, returning the saturated brine to the operation and recrystallizing pure sodium bicarbonate crystals as the hot brine is cooled.
Natural Soda, with its access to this world-class natural resource, is a major producer of sodium bicarbonate products to the food, pharmaceutical, industrial and animal feed markets. We produce pure, high quality sodium bicarbonate while ensuring the health and safety of our workforce and the protection of the environment.
Our Ownership
Natural Soda is owned by Enirgi Group Corporation (Enirgi Group), a private, Canadian company. On February 2, 2012, the company changed its name from Green SEA Resources Inc. to Enirgi Group Corporation.
As energy demand increases worldwide, Enirgi Group is uniquely positioned to become a major supplier of the raw materials critical for creating the energy storage systems, networks and devices that will sustain our modern way of life. Wayne Richardson – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Wayne Richardson has had a career in strategic business development at the senior management level in domestic and international markets including a track record of successful management of turnaround, growth and start-up companies.
Having a solid understanding of fundamental business drivers his recycling, service delivery, energy storage and automotive industry experience combined with his sales and marketing knowledge has enabled him to conceptualize, implement and deliver complex projects. In particular he has been a leader in identifying and delivering market changing business models. Wayne is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Natural Soda's parent company, Enirgi Group Corporation.

Brad Bunnett, President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Bunnett joined Natural Soda, Inc. as Director of Sales and Marketing in April 2004 and was appointed President in 2009. In June 2010 he was appointed President and COO of Natural Resources USA Corporation. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Bob Warneke – Vice President of Operations
Mr. Warneke joined Natural Soda, Inc. in August 2007. He has 29 years of manufacturing experience in industrial, chemical and mineral industries. He was employed by FMC Corporation for 14 years until 1993 progressing in engineering and management. In 1993 he joined North American Chemical Company and its successor companies as the plant manager of a new sodium bicarbonate plant in Rifle which is now the Natural Soda plant. He transferred from IMC Chemical Company in 2000 to become plant manager of their soda ash facility in California until his return to Colorado in early 2007. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University.

Gil Jones – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Jones joined Natural Soda, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer in September 2011. Prior to that he served as Vice President, Controller of Dynamex Inc., a publicly traded U.S. logistics company between 2006 and 2011. Before joining Dynamex Inc., Mr. Jones was Controller for Abengoa Bioenergy Corp., an ethanol manufacturer and the U.S. subsidiary of Abengoa S.A., publicly registered in Spain, from 2004 to 2006. Mr. Jones is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA from St. Louis University.
